22% VAT applies to institutions without VAT number, all participants who attend the seminar in person in Bled, and all participants from Slovene institutions.
A cancellation fee of 100 EUR will be charged for any cancellation received after the formal admission. Cancellation of participation (in writing) must be received 14 days prior to the beginning of seminar, if fees are to be refunded. After that date no refunds will be made. Substituting another equally qualified participant for the program is possible up to two weeks before the seminar at no additional cost or cancellation fee. If you register for the seminar and never send the cancellation of participation in writing, you are obliged to pay the full fee, even if you do not attend the seminar.
